Arcotect - Announcement of the award of SOA-QPS2

31 July 2009, Arcotect is pleased to be awarded three Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) by the Government of HKSAR under the Standing Offer Agreements for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS2) scheme.

This is the third round of SOAs granted (previously 2002-2005, 2005-2009). The new SOAs will cover "Pre-implementation & Independent Programme/Project Management Services (Service Category 1)", "On-going services (Service Category 2)" and "Implementation & Combined System Development Services (Service Category 3).

Mr Daniel Ng, CEO, said “Our track records prove Arcotect’s long term commitment to providing IT professional services in a standard of excellence. We have many customers in various government bureaux and departments of HKSAR and it is great to carry on our services with them. More importantly, we appreciate every chance given to contribute our effort in enhancing the effectiveness of public services”.

The SOA-QPS2 contracts will last for a period of 48 months starting from 31 Jul 2009.
