Arcotect? PCM facilitates you to manage and divide project into various phases and sub-phases (tasks). You can link up every individual phase or sub-phase of a project by defining their relationships to form a multi-level tree structure. Consequently, you could monitor the W.I.P. (work-in-progress) status of any level by target start and end dates, or by project phases or sub-phases. Arcotect? PCM maintains comprehensive individual record of every level of phases and sub-phases including their descriptions, values, related contracts and percentage to project/phase completion.

Contract Maintenance

Arcotect? PCM’s Contract Maintenance is one of the major master files to keep track of all information regarding every individual contract signed with the customers and sub-contractors. Multiple contracts for individual project or phase are supported. Users could classify and run analysis on each contract conveniently by indicating contracts with various types such as “Tendering”, “Main” or “Sub-contract”. Contracts could also be classified by the differentiation of various terms and conditions.

Project Maintenance

Project Maintenance allows users to manage projects by project ID (supporting total of 10 digits), and review total number of project contracts, budget and retention amounts. Project type indicates whether the project status is tendering, at the developer, main or sub-contractor position. Status flag including “active”, “completed” and “work-in-progress” clearly indicates project progress. Furthermore, Project Maintenance supports management of multiple projects. Besides, it is a prime module for setting up billing information, project ID and integrating with Financial Management System (interface with account code).

Sub-Contract Maintenance

Sub-contract maintenance is especially designed for managing sub-contractors. Its versatile functions and various report formats including joint payee, re-opening of closed sub-contract, report list and inquiry of sub-contracts are available. Arcotect? PCM supports as many as 10 digits for both Contract & Sub-contract ID Number.

Project Analysis
