Royal & SunAlliance Hong Kong won the Standard of Excellence WebAward

Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited (R&SAHK) is pleased to announce that its corporate web site (http://www.royalsunalliance.com.hk) has been granted the Standard of Excellence WebAward in the Fifth Annual WebAward Competition, conducted by The Web Marketing Association (WMA).
Over 800 sites were entered this year competition from around the world. A team of independent Internet professionals, representing the various relevant disciplines of web site development, judged the entries based on design, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, ease of use and use of technology.

R&SAHK formally re-launched its web site with a completely fresh design in February 2001. Working with our web solution provider, Arcotect (www.arcotect.com), the main objective of the revamp project was to provide efficient and competitive insurance services to our customers, business partners and the insuring public. The judging panel granted the Standard of Excellence WebAward to the web site because it is well designed with excellent basic functionality and navigation, as well as the very customer-focused web contents, including comprehensive insurance products, detailed claim service procedures, and claim form for users to download instantly. The web site is also enriched with corporate & industry news updates and useful insurance tips.
