Human Resources Seminar Series: Get ready to comply with the newly amended Employment Ordinances.

Reward systems are always an area of particular controversy between employers and employees. Commencing from 13 July 07, new provisions under the employment (amendment) ordinance 2007 relating to the calculation of statutory entitlements have become effective. To tie in with the above changes, the Amendment Ordinance also extends the period of keeping wage and employment records from 6 to 12 months with effect from 13 January 2008. This arise more unrelenting workload and higher towering paperwork for HR administrators. To take on nagging HR headaches, Arcotect held a series of three HR Solutions Seminars, on a trimester basis, for HR practicers to experience the comprehensive features of Arcotect HR Pro System. Over 500 senior HR executives were attracted.
