Tailor-made workplace English training for Arcotect IT Personnel

Arcotect understands communication skill is as much important as technical skill. To ensure our staff serving the customers effectively and efficiently, Arcotect management team devises annual training plan at the start of every financial year based on annual business plan and training requirements identified in staff appraisals. This year, Arcotect, together with VTC-PEAK, have developed an in-house English training programme for senior technical staff. The training focuses on their proficiency on writing workplace documents. We believe that our staff is the companyˇ¦s assets and we value their ability to advance in their careers at the same pace as the company.
