Knowledge Management System with Dynamic Navigation
To solve the problem of
one-way intranet service to all departmental staff members
of around 28,000, a Knowledge Management System with dynamic
web-based map was designed to retrieve meta-data form both
web content and flat-file databases and store the meta-data
into relational database. Besides attaching importance to
fast response time, ArcotectTM also designed program interface
for users to input search criteria and present search result
from search engine module and put together the new feature
of auto-reflecting the changes of back-end information sources
& structure.
